ABOUT
Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, I can't remember when I didn't want to make movies. Living in a country where film opportunities were scarce, I decided to put together with fellow creative friends the production company Nova Lux Production in order to give ourselves the chance to produce the movies we wanted to see. After writing and directing multiple short films in Switzerland, I moved to the UK in order to pursue my dreams of cinema. Now settled in Liverpool, I share my work between the UK and Switzerland.
I have made my main focus to tell the stories of the outsiders, misfits and persecuted of normative societies. Nothing interests me more than looking at the human potential for cruelty on one side, and for resilience on the other. With a passion for street photography, I always try to find the story visually and pay a special attention to every frame, and with every film I try to get closer to the truth 24 times a second.
